◆    Confirmation

Upon completion of your registration with payment, you can print out registration confirmation and receipt of fee through Congress Web Site’s registration page. (ID and password, to be registered at first login, will be required again for this function.)
 

◆    Cancellation Policy

・     Please notify us for any changes regarding your registered informationeither by e-mail or FAX.

・     Please contact Registration Deskfor inquiries regarding the registration.

・     Cancellation must be made to the Registration Desk in writing either by e-mail or FAX. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation, as follows:

1)      In the case of the cancellation on or before May 1, your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the service charge.

2)      The cancellation after May 1, before May 15, it will be refunded 60% of the registration fee.

3)      Note that on or after May 15, your registration fee will not be refunded. In any case, if we have started the Conference Proceedings for CME 2012, registration fee also cannot be refunded.

4)      Please note that all the refunds will be made after the Conference.
